Chapter 12 - The Great American Savior of the Poor
Chapter 12 Checkpoint Challenge (Arcade Challenge Mode) (Video):Challenge 1 (0:02) - 8 kills in 30 seconds
Challenge 2 (1:39) - 3 kills from Prone in 20 seconds (No pills)
Challenge 3 (3:33) - 15 kills in 60 seconds (No Pistol kills + No pills)
Challenge 4 (6:51) - 4 Blindfire kills in 25 seconds (Only kills from Cover)
Challenge 5 (7:35) - 5 kills in 23 seconds (No Bullet Time)

Challenge 1: 8 kills in 30 seconds (0:02 of the video)
Special Rules: No
You will begin this mission without any bullet time. This challenge do require a bit of Speedrun, so kill all enemies as quick as you can.
When you enter / just outside of the room you should see 2 enemies in front of you, if they don't turn around before you kill them, they will die in a single shot. Try to earn some bullet time, there are 2 more enemies coming, i recommend you moving and shooting (make a headshot) on this part. Keep moving until you see another enemy, enter bullet time and shoot him before he have a chance to run away. At last, kill 3 more enemies as quick as you can to complete the challenge.
Challenge 2: 3 kills from Prone in 20 seconds (1:39 of the video)
Special Rules: No pills (Can't use Painkillers)
Either shootdodge to the front or crouch to prone. You should be able to see 2 enemies at the same time and more behind the cover, try to kill them all in bullet time and not to get too much damage before the end of the challenge.
Challenge 3: 15 kills in 60 seconds (3:33 of the video)
Special Rules:
1. No Pistol kills (Must be two-handed Weapon kill)
2. No pills (Can't use Painkillers)
Your two-handed weapon have been removed and since you can't use your pistol on this challenge, you have to grab the shotgun on the right of the cover. Then use your bullet time to kill the enemies in front of you. When they all die, get close to their body to refill the ammo / grab the rifle. Few more enemies will coming after that, make some headshot or shoot at their body armor to recharge your bullet time bar, refill ammo after that.
Keep moving, 3 more enemies will coming from the door on your right, and then more on your left and they are using cover. Take your time here and try not to get shot as you can't use painkillers too! Use your bullet time when you are able to see their body / head and then quickly shoot to kill them to complete the challenge.
Challenge 4: 4 Blindfire kills in 25 seconds (6:51 of the video)
Special Rules: Only kills from Cover
Make sure to refill the ammo for your Shotgun on the room you got the bomb to prepare this challenge. I recommend you plant the last bomb on the pillar in front of you (the one you see after you plant the first bomb automatically). You will be closer to the enemies if you plant the last bomb here.
When you plant all the bomb and the enemy arrive, use Bullet time and get to the cover that closest to the enemies and get ready to shoot without aiming. Aim your camera to the enemy and keep firing until you kill all of the enemies to complete the challenge.
Challenge 5: 5 kills in 23 seconds (7:35 of the video)
Special Rules: No Bullet Time
You can't use Bullet Time on this challenge, so you have to aim well in this challenge. You will be using M82A1 Sniper Rifle automatically at the beginning. The snipers on the other side of the building is easy to spot since their Sniper Rifle equipped a Red laser. After you kill them, I will provide you 2 options to kill the Remaining enemies, be careful they do have body armor.
Option 1 - Continue to use Sniper rifle to kill enemies, but you have to try your best to kill them in a single shot, that mean Headshot will be important. If you can't kill them in a single shot, they normally will fall behind and you have to wait few more seconds to have a chance to kill them, there will have 3 enemies in different floor. Find them first without using Sniper Rifle and use it when you find them.
Option 2 - Single / Dual Wield Pistol. Yep, Pistols. The pistols have pretty "ridiculous" long range and if you dual wield, you still can kill your enemies in pretty short time and they won't fall behind, worth a shot.
Challenge 6: 3 kills in 15 seconds (10:02 of the video)
Special Rules: Only Kills from Shootdodge
There are 2 options for you to complete this challenge.
Option 1 - Dual Wield your Pistols and Shootdodge to your left, kill the first enemy on this floor, if you haven't touch the ground, try your best to kill another enemy on the rooftop. (If you touch the ground, try again in 2nd Shootdodge). In your 2nd Shootdodge, try to kill 2 enemies as quick as you can since the building might be shaking during this shootdodge and this will make you have difficulty to aim at them. Normally you can complete this in 2 Shootdodge.
Option 2 - Dual Wield your Pistols, climb up to the object in front of you and shootdodge. Although this might be a bit risky but you should be able to complete this in a single shootdodge since you are in higher ground and will you a bit more extra time to kill enemy in shootdodge. Your target on this option is those enemies on the rooftop (not the one on your left). Kill them as quick as you can before you touch the ground. (You should have a lot more time to finish this challenge if you can complete in single shootdodge.)
