Grand Theft Auto 5 - "All's Fare in Love and War" Achievement / Trophy Guide

This blog tell you when you can buy property and how to get this achievement step by step.

 You will be able to buy Property after Trevor's Mission "Nervous Ron" but you have to do few more mission (After "Friends Reunited" mission) to get a chance to change your character to Franklin since only Franklin can bought this "Downtown Cab Co." which in the north-east side of Los Santos City.

 Since in before you have done the robbery mission of jewelry, you should receive your money on or just before "Fame or Shame" mission (I get the money after Fame or Shame mission).

 Franklin should have more than $200,000 at that time, and you can now go to the Cab Company and bought it!

 [Of course, you can do this anytime you like, just make sure you have at least $200,000 in Franklin Wallet]

 Part 1: Bought the Downtown Cab Company
Make your way to the Cab Company on the North-east side of Los Santos City, and then get close the stair, you will be asked do you want to buy it, Press right on your D-pad(Xbox 360) twice and you will bought it, and some more information coming up.

 Part 2: Receive Call from Cab Company
After you bought the Cab Company, wait for about a minute and then you will receive a call from Cab Company and the man will introduce himself and so on, but you have to wait for another call so you can go for the achievement.

 Part 3: Take the VIPs / Passenger to their location (Could be different)
Sometimes later you should be receive another call of this Cab Company ask can you drive some VIPs or peoples to their location, press A to accept and then drive your way to the location (Show with "P" icon), pick the VIPs / Passenger up and drive to their destination for side mission.

 After that, the achievement should be unlock.

Note:
1. You can drive any vehicle you like in this Private Fare, you don't have to drive the cab.

 2. The time you receive the 2nd call for Private Fare is random, it could be long or short, just make sure you play as Franklin at that time to receive the call. If you fail / miss the call it will happen again.

 3. VIPs / Passenger is completely random, could be not the same set of VIPs / Passenger that the video have shown.

GRID 2 - Tokyo Drift & Drifting like a Boss Achievement / Trophy Guide

For Tokyo Drift, you need 350,000 points in a single drift event to obtain the achievement / trophy. For Drifting like a Boss, you need 250,000 points in a single drift to obtain the achievement / trophy. Without Multiplier bonus, is nearly impossible to get this achievement. It may need a lot of attempt or using flashback feature to get this. Make sure You use a Drift car to do this since other (Balanced / Grip) is quite hard to do this. You will find New York Minute Mode  inside  Arcade Mode  menu. Information: - In New York Minute, you have to complete a chapter (not the whole game) in 1 sitting. If you leave the game, you have to complete from beginning again.  - Clock will countdown from 1 minute at the beginning of each chapter and your goal is to have as much time as you can at the end of the game, kill enemies to earn extra times - When you fail / die in a certain point, you will restart from the beginning of the chapter. - No medal is needed for the achievement / trophy, you just need to complete it.
