If you want to purchase the old dock (Sonar Collections Dock), you have to finish "The Merryweather Heist" to unlock this Property to purchase. You can't do this before "Friend Request" Story Mission since not all the part will unlock at the beginning of the game like Bulletproof tires, rear bumper... So, I finished all the achievement for Arcade Mode in the past 3 days and I have to say the Arcade Mode is quite fun. You can be a good guy(teamwork) or bad guy(grab all the money out). Lightning looter is the achievement you have to finish 2 rounds with $4,000,000 every time(maximum for a round you can grab). So you have no doubt need to be a bad guy and kill all your teammates and kill all the police to escape, which give you some difficulty to leave. But the first 2 rounds is quite easy so not very hard to attempt this one on the bridge stage. More Round and the thing will become harder and harder, enemy will harder to kill but at the same time you can be killed in few shots. By far my best is to round 18 in Airport but I haven't grab money and already need to escape to make thing easier lol.. Right now I am aiming this achievement in Extreme(hardcore) difficulty, and it is a lot harder... - You can die easily in few shots but your enemy take a lot more bullet to die,...

For Tokyo Drift, you need 350,000 points in a single drift event to obtain the achievement / trophy. For Drifting like a Boss, you need 250,000 points in a single drift to obtain the achievement / trophy. Without Multiplier bonus, is nearly impossible to get this achievement. It may need a lot of attempt or using flashback feature to get this. Make sure You use a Drift car to do this since other (Balanced / Grip) is quite hard to do this. To celebrate for 1 year anniversary of Max Payne 3, I decide to run another New York Minute Hardcore which is my 12th attempt. Since last run is about 3 months ago (Feb), and I recently haven't play much of this game and New York Minute Mode, so I need to have some practice before the real attempt. For the 1st warm up round doing quite badly, Chapter 2 get my first last stand after the helicopter chasing by doing a stupid move, and then in Chapter 3 get another Last stand, also a mistake. No doubt I have to quite for this warm up round since is doing quite badly... 2nd round, although it can call a real attempt. Everything went fine, but then in Chapter 8 after grab the grenade launcher and go to next checkpoint, I decided to melee the last enemy in that area, but then...The kill cam never end(glitch), I can move, hear the speech, but the kill cam never end and the clock won't start again, so have to quit again...
