New York Minute is the classic speed-run mode from the original Max Payne, and it will be unlocked after you have completed the story once in any difficulty. At the beginning of each chapter, you will have 1:00 on your clock and the goal is finish the Chapter as much remaining time as possible. (Not as fast as you finish the chapter). To add time to your clock, you have to kill enemy and have some good use of the environment to help. Background Information: After you gain control of Trevor and finish some mission as him, there will be a strange and freak ( known as "?") in west side of Trevor house (Marina Drive, south of Alamo Sea), this is your first Rampage. Max Payne 3 - New York Minute Guide (A New York Minute Achievement / Trophy)

You will find New York Minute Mode  inside  Arcade Mode  menu. Information: - In New York Minute, you have to complete a chapter (not the whole game) in 1 sitting. If you leave the game, you have to complete from beginning again.  - Clock will countdown from 1 minute at the beginning of each chapter and your goal is to have as much time as you can at the end of the game, kill enemies to earn extra times - When you fail / die in a certain point, you will restart from the beginning of the chapter. - No medal is needed for the achievement / trophy, you just need to complete it. If you need XP to level up to Level 50, when you get  Platinum  award on each chapter, you will be reward  750 XP  -  1500 XP . - You can use Soft Lock to complete New York Minute but not New York Minute Hardcore.
