Make sure you have and equip a Sniper Rifle like the SVD (K 35,000) or M-700 (Free when you liberate 7 Bell Towers or buy it) to work on this achievement. I have use M-700 Sniper Rifle with a Silencer to complete this. There will have a lot of chance for you to obtain this achievement, I did recommend you complete this when you liberate a Outpost. (A lot of Outpost can do this) I have choose the Outpost called " Rochan Brick Co. Storage " (X: 440.4, Y 542.6). On this Outpost, there are 2 guards standing very close to each other and talking, they are the target. Press D-pad Up to bring up the camera to find their location and use your sniper rifle after that. Find a good spot so you can line them up, remember to press Ls to steady your aim (if your sniper rifle can zoom, I recommend you to do it for better result), aim at the head on the enemy that closet to you and kill him with a headshot, this should also kill the enemy behind him, the achievement will pop if you sh...

Text Guide: * I suggest you to complete this after you liberated first outpost and before you liberated all outpost. (The reset work if you have completed the campaign). There will be a Royal Cargo truck moving around the road on anywhere since it appear in random time and random location. (I did find this outside SHANATH few times, but most of the outpost around it is not liberated, and I use fast travel to any outpost and fast travel back to here to make it appear) Your job is to hijack 3 Royal Cargo truck and deliver all of them to the closet liberated Outpost. Text Guide: * Make sure you have at least K 200,000 before you going to attempt for this achievement. This achievement actually similar to Far Cry 3 Achievement "Aftermarket Junkie" where you need to buy all attachment and paint jobs for a single Weapon. 1. Travel to any location that have Trading Post, like Liberated Outpost (inside your house) & town (inside your house & shop) , there also have a guy walking on the road, he will show as a icon on the Mini-Map, you can trade from him too) 2. Action Mode (Unlocked at the beginning) This is a timed Mode and you have to boost your progress bar to full to get to the next level while your progress bar will decrease when you haven't match a single gem. If your progress bar empty you will be "Game Over". - Clean the gem from bottom first: Usually this will help you create a cascade (higher cascade = bigger boost), so when you can find a match on there, clean the gems on there first. If you can have a x8 cascade in a single move, you will award this achievement.
